Bravo Sports - Airzone Trampoline Not Safe nor will they will replace the parts to fix it. Santa Fe Springs, California

On April 29 2009, we ordered a trampoline from Sears.
We wrote to them and they refused to send us any part and stated it was our fault that it broke because 2 children were on the tramopline together, we had another trampoline for 5 years and had bought it used and it still the frame was in perfect condition. We would be happy if they would just send us the parts.

Here is a copy of the Trampoline that we bought that just recently broke, we can not believe that it has only been 3 months and this part broke, we are so lucky that no child was hurt. The part Number # 139190 Top Rail (12) Two have broke/bent. Our Serial number for this Trampoline is 11I60088TN0603

if they can not replace the trampoline or the parts then I will never ever buy this product again.
