 Hello , today had a company called Breathe Easy Air Duct Services come clean out our air duct system in our home. we purchased a service cleaning from Group On. When they showed up the service guy Isaac introduces him self, immidiatly heads to upstairs room and pulls vent covers , right away trys to sell me services .he tells me that their is black mold in home vents , when in reality its large amount of dust bunnies . he pushes the pitch to sell me services , due to i got a very good discount on group on. We head down to basement cause he demands that i have too see more??? So i fallow him to furnace , were now his telling me that it could be in vent pipes , but he's not even in vent or looking . let me remind you my home just got a total remodel from the ground up . my furnace is new. so as i tell him that my fiancee purchased deal service on group on and i have no money for extra service , he goes out side tells other tech that they are done , time to go . they skipped 2 vents . damaged 1 new air filter. Cause Isaac the tech didn't even know how to install it. And left. The other tech was cleaning a vent , and Isaac turned off the vacuum on him as a sign to hurry up , he tells him that he has 1 more vent to clean . Isaac goes to his van and sits their till other tech was done. I will never , ever use their poor services again . bad bussiness , they try to rip people off. If you dont want to use group on maybe they should participate ther survices with them.
