Please be advised that a lawsuit has been filed as there is no horse that had to "run through an auction" and there was no person that ever requested money back for a horse. The original report is completely false and slander!

Please take notice that I, Breanna Lombardo of Lombardo Training Stables, have initiated an action in the Superior Court of California in the County of Riverside, Case No. 0007577, due to allegedly false statements made by you (the Action).  In the Action, Breanna Lombardo and Lombardo Training Stables seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information and any other messages that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "anonymous"  or any other pseudonym, about Breanna Lombardo or Lombardo Training stables, in compliance with FRCP Rule 45.

The California Action was instituted because the published statement referenced above is false, were read by third persons and Lombardo Training Stables has suffered damages as a result of the publication of the false statement referenced above.

Dear Anonymous,

I do not recall you ever trying to contact me and trying to get your money back. I am very sorry that you are feeling the way you are feeling. I wish I could resolve things for you, but you have never contacted me! I have NEVER had anyone call me and leave me messages saying they want their money back. And as everyone knows, I am not the type to blow someone off. I have a GREAT reputation and everyone likes me. My dad is a Licenced USEF course designer and judge and has been all over the worls! I have been raised all of my life with tons of education and I know alot about horses. I would NEVER sell a lame horse with a hip injury or an absess. If you are a horse person you know that absesses are VERY common and horses can get them easily but it is an easy fix! I am a really nice person. I am trying to contact YOU so we can resolve this! Sometimes, I do find horses or ponies in backyards and I get their teeth floated and feed them supplements and put some TLC into them then I find them forever loving homes. They are NOT for sale for 15 thousand, more like 1500. I put money into them amd make them better horses/ponies. I believe every horse should have another chance at being loved, that is why I do that! I have a CLEAN bill of health from my Vet, which I am more than happy to show you! Also,  which owner of a horse was livid? All of the people who have had their horses in training or on consignment have been SO HAPPY!! I have called every client I have ever had and Every single client is happy! This is why I have come to believe this is someone with personal problems with me. Why slander me on the internet when you can call or email and we can resolve this?? Also sad that you had to send your "horse" that you "bought" from me through auction when there are so many other options! Not only are you slandering me but you are slandering horses as "old hags". The person who is listed anonymous has a reason for being anonymous. She must be a very insecure person and very jealous of Bree. None of the stated allegations are true in any degree. I am a person at the facility where Bree trains at and I would say that it is really sad that someone of such low self-esteem would hide behind a computer screen and publish on the Internet such horrible accusations about her.

This is a kid friendly environment and that is why there are so many ponies here. Everybody here is happy. I have seen all the horses and ponies that have been sold and have seen her take pride in placing them with the right match. I only know of one abscess and that was Hot Shot, her pony which she will never sell.

I have seen beginner kids on all the ponies and this is no secret. I believe it is part of her program to make the ponies kid-safe! Like I said, she is a very honest person and cares deeply about the horses to the point that she buys ones that are in bad situations to give them better homes. Just go to her website to see the prices:starting at $1,500 Not $15,000 as the anonymous author stated. Every pony she buys gets teeth treatment, shots, worming and care. There are some horses and ponies she doesn't jump!

Unhappy Buyers? Well look at her horse she sold to the editor of Riding Magazine. Perfect Match! I know of only 1 other horse that sold in San Diego and that person is happy too.

So why the lies about Bree and the horse she sold? They just aren't true.  Ask anyone that really knows her and doesn't have a personal agenda. Oh and she doesn't charge close to $700 a month. It just depends on what you want. 

Whoever is making these allegations has a serious lack of knowledge and a serious lack of integrity.  I think you should let yourself be known and step up to the plate!  Also ...learn to spell!
