Brenda Joyce Loan Company Brenda Joyce Smith Advanced Fee Loan Fraud; Account Theft and Misuse Stockton California

They found me on a website called ConnectedInvestors.com, a real-estate investors portal. Brenda pursued my business for several months before I finally agreed to work with her.  She requested a fee of $690.00 as origination for an unsecured $150,000 business loan.  

Brenda submitted an attestation that there would be no further fees and that the loan would be funded within 72 business hours.

After 72 business hours had elapsed, Brenda then demanded another $5,400 in fees.  I rejected that request and demanded a full refund.  Brenda refused the refund.

Brenda then hacked into my Discover credit card account and paypal account and deposited $4,255 from a stolen Wells Fargo bank account, then used my paypal to first link to the hacked Discover card account and then pay herself a total of $3,900 from Discover through Paypal.  Both Paypal and Discover have confirmed this activity due to a difference in IP addresses used to access both accounts.  Both traced the IP used to hack my accounts to Nigeria.

I had no idea any of this was happening until Discover telephoned me at the end of the month telling me that I had a bill due of over $8,000 and that my card and account were suspended.

I have since filed a police report against Brenda Jones and notified both Paypal and Discover of her actions.  Discover has promised to make me whole and that they will investigate and pursue Brenda Joyce.  Paypal has agreed to let the matter stand depending on the results of the Discover investigation.  I am grateful for the diligence of Discover.

Steer clear of this one.  She is a snake.
