I am just shocked that someone had a bad experience with Brenda Redell.  I purchased two beautiful male Shih Tzu's from her and the entire process was awesome!  She kept me informed via internet and phone.  It was my first time purchasing a dog via internet and I was very hesitant but like I said she made me feel at ease.  Gosh I even got to meet the mother of my little ones before they were even born!  She was the one breeder that stood out because she really took an interest in the dogs well being.  I was very happy with the entire adoption and would do it again and refer my family and friends to her.  My boys are happy and healthy! 

It's unfortunate about the miscommunication that lead to a judgement in crt.

I purchased my first puppy from Brenda Redell many years ago. I was scared to purchase over the internet. Brenda was professional, and concerned about her puppies. I was so happy that I suggested her to three friends who also purchased from Brenda. All were sent puppies cross country and were happy. They inturn ALL recommended Brenda to friends. We (all five of us) purchased from Brenda the following year. This past year my family flew out to see Brenda and her dogs with our two puppies that where purchased from her and desided to purchase another puppy for my sister while there. Of the 34 people that I personally know, or Brenda has been kind enough to share email addresses (with mutual concent) for,that own Brenda's Puppies. I do not know of ONE PERSON that has had this problem. However, Brenda will clearly tell you, if she does not like your possible home she will not sell to you. I tend to think there is a story that we are not hearing in this report. This is a VERY TOP QUALITY BREEDER!!! I Highly recommend her and would encourage people to contact her before making a judgement.

I'm not sure what happened in the above case, but I bought a puppy from Ms. Redell and every interaction we had with her was very positive. She supplied photos of the litter and kept us informed of when we could expect to have one. My friend also bought two puppies from her and all three arrived on a plane from WA to CA exactly when they were supposed to. They were healthy and we were very happy with our dealings with Brenda. They are all a year old now, and we adore them and couldn't be happier. This was the first time that we purchased a puppy long distance and we would gladly go through Brenda Redell again. She was so thorough in matching our family with the right puppy and was so happy that the three would see each other on a regular basis; we sensed that she really cared about her puppies. From reading Traci from Washington's complaint, it seems like the Brenda I dealt with was a different person from the one she is speaking of. I think it is a good thing to remember that there are always two sides to every story.
