A preliminary injunction order was entered against Adam Whitaker d/b/a Blue Liquid Media on October 21, 2011. Ok, Brenda Sisemore.  I look forward to hearing from your legal team.  I have record of EVERY single one of your slanderous posts about me.  I have the IP information now.  You keep telling people that I took your money and ran and that I am a scam artist.  But is that what happened?  I think we both know that is in fact a lie and I have records of everything.  Records of all of my work that I performed for you.  Records of all of our communication.  Records of your harassment. 

The funny thing about your responses to this post... it hadn't even been indexed into the Google yet.  It was brand new and was not found in a Google search.  So the only way you became aware of the post was by coming directly to RipoffReport.com and searching your name.

Now why would you do that unless you had scammed someone and were worried that they would report it to the public?

You need to quit making threats and trying to ruin my reputation.  The truth always comes out.  The truth will set you free Brenda!

Brenda Sisemore and the Principals of Carpenter Realtors have made note of the false accusation and no reply by the accused will be posted due to ongoing legal activity against Adam Whitaker and Blue Liquid Media/Liquid Blue Media.

These are interesting responses to my initial report of Brenda Sisemore being a complete scam artist, harasser, and deadbeat customer.

Thank you both for your anonymous replies.  But since your facts are all wrong, allow me to educate you.

First off, let me start with the most recent post saying that "Adam is not married.  That is public record.  He lied as the author."  Never once, Mr. Anonymous, did i state that i was married.  I mention in the post that I have a family to take care of.  You don't have to be married to have a family.  I have 3 children and a fiancee that all live in my home and that I support.  That's my family.  Don't try to reach for something that isn't there.

And then you come on here and suggest that I scam people out of money and then work with another thug to repair reputations?  Wow, how did you know?  That's why i have a long list of credentials, a huge portfolio, tons of testimonials, and continued ongoing work?  Is that why 90% of my business comes through referrals?  I've been in this business for almost 4 years and I am sure if i was scamming people, somebody would have filed a suit by now.

Brenda and all of the millions of other people I've scammed (right?) are more than welcome to file a suit against me.  You see, anonymous, the problem is that they can't.  When you have no ground to stand on because your story is completely made up, you can't sue somebody for that.  If i have scammed so many people, how come there isn't 1 single suit filed against me?  I mean - go check since you are an expert with public records.

Brenda is a deadbeat customer.  The other accusations from 2008 are also false and were posted about me by my fiancee's bitter ex, who I not have a protective order against.  His name is Ryan Thuener.  You should check that out on public record as well.  You see, because those comments truly were false, i was able to take legal action against him.

And to the first responder of this post, i'm sure every agency in the world is investigating me.  Oh wait, that's not false accusations too is it?  Anyone is welcome to file anything against me that they'd like.  But the problem is that I am the one who has been ripped off which is why I actually am filing suit against Brenda Sisemore.  And i will be victorious just like i was against the first person who thought it would be funny to write libelous comments about me online.  People think their IP addresses can't be traced back to them, when in fact it is very easy to do.

So Anonymous #1 and Anonymous #2, if you think you have a case or factual evidence to present, come forward and do so.  Or you can hide behind your computer and make more libelous and harassing comments.  It's ok.  Your IP address, too, will be identified.  Just takes about a week or so.

And then you can pay me for the defamatory statements that you have made about me.

The moral of the story here is:  DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRENDA SISEMORE FISHERS INDIANA

The writer of this accusation-Adam Whitaker  is currently being investigated by the Internet Fraud Complaints Center, the FBI, the National Fraud Info Center, the Attorney General, Federal Trade Comission, and possibly the IRS along with personal counsel.
