I am a repeat customer, my first purchase was after repeated recommendations from fellow tube nerds. I've spent a lot of money over time with this company and have had nothing but great customer service. Every tube I have recieved was exactly as described.
RCA Cleartops AU7, RCA blackplates AU7, Telefunken Smoothplates AX7, and other 6922/7038 types and a few 6sn7 I can't even remember right now. The vagueness of the "rip-off" report makes me think that its a false report. I will spend money w/Brent Jesse again.

I think I have to agree with Marlin on this, which is the claim against Brent Jessee and audio tubes .com is false.
I have posted previously regarding this retailer and the claims against him from N.Y. I have now bought 5 pairs of tubes from audio tubes .com. Total value of the transactions, about $700. Here are my findings.

That about says it. The claim against audio tubes .com remains a mystery to me.

Not many companies will give you a garantee on tubes, but Brent Jesse does. I did get a tube out of specs and another that got noisy. Hey, it happens, but they took care of it with no arguement. They were very professional and nice.. I buy tubes from them whenever needed. They also have the best description of tubes and their characteristics that can be found anywhere. To me, this is one of only about 3 or 4 stand up places to buy tubes in the US. Also, Brent recommended a tube to me for my pre-amp. It was the best tube investment I have ever made.

I find this hard to believe. I think it is a fake claim as I have had great luck with Brent and he is my tube guy for the long run.
