Brentley's Asphalt LLC Selling Equipment and Not Delivering after payment made in full Fort Collins Colorado

We purchased a machine from Mr. Brentley Props of Brentleys Asphalt LLC through Ebay in April 2013. The agreement that was made in writing and paid in full 6 weeks ago was for some additional parts and labor be completed on the machine prior to delivery. The seller was paid $825.00 in full well in advance of pickup for this service. Today 6 weeks later the machine arrived with the additional work not completed.

Not Only was the extra work not done but the machine doesnt run! I had to pay a tow truck to offload it from the trucking companys flatbed who delivered it. This was known by the seller because the driver watch the owner Brentley Props use a screwdriver to start the machine at the starter bypassing the switch.

I contacted him and he basically told me to deal with it and do not contact him again. Bottom line is hes the best salesman ever and so eager to comminicate until he gets your money and then you are done. You will get screwed by this guy so if you see his equipment listed on Ebay or anywhere else BEWARE.

He also claims to run a multi million dollar paving company yet nobody ever answers the phones. When they do answer the same person ": Brentley lies and says he is Tim Cohen or Dave to avoid having to tell you hes a crook and a liar.
