BEWARE OF SCAM ARTIST BRETT RUTECKY

SEVERAL PEOPLE LISTING COMPLAINTS!

His sites are brettrutecky.com and fancyforms.com

This is a two part Report for you.  Part 1 is how he tried to commit FRAUD and steal my money from me. 

Part 2, which is below Part 1, is a list of different people that listed complaints Against Brett Rutecky.  This list will most likely keep growing, so feel free to come back and keep checking for updates!  Don't buy anything, or trust Brett Rutecky!

 

Part 1 of 2:

Brett Rutecky directly tried to commit Fraud and steal my money!  On his website he has listed in a "guarantee" certificate that there is a no hassle 30 days refund policy.  His so called software did not work for me because I felt like he was Stealing my leads, names and addresses in an Opt-in form that he sells.

I was very polite, and did not mention that I knew what he was doing.  I sent a polite email on the 11th day, asking for my refund immediately, and also mentioning that it is the 11th day, which is well within the 30 days money back guarantee period.

Even though there is a 30 day money back guarantee LISTED on his sales site, he told me that I was Not going to get a refund and even called me a, "lying piece of trash."  Way, way, way, out of line!  He commited Crimes and Fraud by listing a no hassle 30 days money back guarantee, and THEN saying in writing to me, that I was Not going to get a refund.  That is FRAUD and Criminal activity!

I will list the three emails he sent, exact cut-and-pasted- from his emails, below the section of Part 2.  You can read them there, and also see how he tried to "cover himself," with sentences that are vague and misleading.

If you already paid Brett Rutecky money, you CAN Get a refund even though he might Lie to you too, and tell you that you will Not get a refund, just do what I did to recover my money from this con man.  Do not send email to Paypal, call them and ask to speak with the Fraud Department.  Tell them what happened to you, and also tell them his site address, and you ARE within the 30 days refund period, and most importantly, give them this Link to this Ripoff Report Right Here!  Let them See the names that keep adding up when there is Fraud going on with a site.  

Make sure You too, take the time and file a complaint here, to protect others too.  I was very polite and did Not file a dispute on Paypal, at first, as I wrote an email to Brett Retucky asking for my refund and mentioning that by sending him email directly, he would not have a bad listing on Paypal with a Paypal dispute listed under his name.  I was doing him a Favor AND I also wished him well too.

He came back as a complete "you know what." I have listed his Fraudulent tactics below, as a cut-and-paste of his 3 emails he sent.  Notice how he states I will not get a refund, even though I am on the 11th day and also calling me "trash."

My comment:  that's absolute Fraud!  "...you will not get a refund at all," is FRAUD when you clearly state a no hassle 30 days money back guarantee on his site!

Also, I do not Need to tell him my reason for refund, so he can decide if it's good enough or not! NO...30 days means...30 days for refund!  The reason I wanted a refund is because I believe he is STEALING People's leads with his software; stealing names and email addresses so he can use them for himself which is outright theft!!

Strange that you just dont answer the simple question.You wrote this entire long email when you could have just said why you where unhappy.
Also that was not a threat, just a simple fact. If you put in a PayPal dispute in PayPal will put your payment on hold and I will not be able to do a refund (LIE =FRAUD) through JVZoo. You should know that since you have 'many more years of experience than I do.'


Unfortunately you decided to threaten me instead (LIE AGAIN I don't make threats, I said I am reporting him which is ONLY conceived as "a threat," to a criminal mind because he knows his is guilty of FRAUD) and I dont respond well to threats. So here is what Im going to do.  You are within the 30 day refund period I offer and I am not a liar. However I never said how long it will take to get the refund (this is Exactly how he is saying, "this is how I tricked you into ordering with me," Exactly saying that, re-read it.)  Paymants can be refunded for up to 60 days (LIE=FRAUD Refunds are done on the Same Day). As such your

refund will be processed on the 59th day. Further as I said, be assured, if you file a PayPal dispute you will not get a refund at all.

My Comment: Fraud in multiple statements.  Also trying to be a real p***k and jerk by saying "on the 59th day," which is More Fraud as he "claims on his order page, BEFORE He gets your money, "...as always a happy customer is my top priority,"  which is Stated RIGHT WITHIN the "30 days refund certificate."

My Comment:  He could not Be more of an Idiot!  Calling a paying customer, that he failed to keep, "...see what being a lying piece of trash..." a piece of trash?

Im not sure I understand where the rip off is.

 

1) You asked for a refund. As one would expect I responded by asking why you where unhappy.

2) Instead of giving a reason why you where unhappy you instead became very hostile to me.

3) I informed you that if you filed a false PayPal dispute it would void my refund policy and that you would be getting your purchase returned to you within the 60 day time frame allowed for a refund.

4) You chose to file a false PayPal dispute and of course lost it.

5) You then became inelligable for a refund as per my refund policy which I informed you of in #3 This was YOUR choice to do this. You where told that you WOULD get a refund and that filing a PayPal dispute WOULD void my refund policy. You chose to ignore that and file a dispute anyway. I'm sorry but I fail to see how that is my failt.

Perhaps the only reason you have for a complaint is that I was not going to refund you fast enough. Honestly I will admit that after your initial hostility I was not in a hurry to process your refund, though I would not have made you wait the entire 60 days (because I would be afraid I would accidently forget about it). But really thats your only complaint. There was no fraud here. Again to be clear: I offered you a refund, I informed you that filing a PayPal dispute negates my refund policy, you filed the dispute anyway. Im very sorry you decided to go that way but again it was your choice.
