Tracks data and source documents. Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered. Compiles, sorts and verifies data for accuracy. Contacts responsible parties or clients from other organization to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Also perform Records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database all these will be done through the use of the accounting Software, such as faxing or emailing confidently and positive attitude online from home.

Everyone faces times when we overlook some small, but important detail. Tell me about a time when this happened to you. What happened ? What did you do? How did it work out?

As a whole, I try to be as detail oriented as possible. In my last position we were responsible for asking qualifying questions. In one situation a detail of the availability of internet service was overlooked. The customer could not get Internet to qualify for an ATT bundle deal, which is what they wanted. When the customer approached me with this problem I of course apologized for the mix up. At times the system sales reps used was not as accurate as ATT corporate. In turn I explained the the customer they would still be receiving money saving benefits and helped them locate internet service with another company. I have always had excellent customer service skills and I am extremely solution oriented. The satisfaction of the customer is very important to me.

How do you balance socializing with co-workers with accomplishing the job ? Can you give me some examples? What were the results ?

 

In my last position as well as in teaching I always tried to go out of my way to make sure my coworkers know I am able to help them as much as I can if they are in need. 

There is a time and a place for socializing. I believe a good way to utilize this is before work or at lunch. During work hours I try to be as focused as possible at what I have to do!

 

When I was teaching I took on the responsibility of writing the math curriculum for the entire school and even helped on a district level in my own time. I volunteered to work Saturdays and in the summer. 

If a task needed to be done I am always the person my managers and principal could count on to get it done.
