I happen to start reading various so called complaints against me...a reminder of what people are willing to say to protect themselves.   Fulgah Law Office went to court and won.  The stated "There has been nothing to establish that Mr. Goble indicated he was a lawyer or paralegal though his text messages clearly establishes that he advised the party that he was not a lawyer or paralegal but a person that negotiates. 

While an inference could be made to the type of negotiations which may skirt the edge it doesn't cross over the line.  In fact, according to his wife's lawyer Mr. Goble was professional and a negotiated resolution was reached.  However, the client failed to accept the the resolution on the basis that he didn't want the contents of the safety deposit box inventoried. 

I also found Mr. Goble extremely credible when he advised the client that the contents should be inventories and the contents remain in the safety deposit box as it was undeclared in the divorce.  While, I concede this was a legal opinion for which is held for the legal profession, I don't fine serious fault given the circumstances and Mr. Moodie who represented the wife is a lawyer and was properly consulted by Mr. Goble. 

For these reason I dismiss the claim and while Mr. Goble offered to return the $500 paid by the client and the fact it is present here in the court I am satisfied that Mr. Goble did provide the directed service asked by the client and did so in a professional manner.  I there award Mr. Goble the $500 and $150 in cost."

Once again Mr. Markle deflects and again MISSES.  Fuhgeh Law well went to court and WON! and the funny part was Mr. Markle had to be defended so I guess he won too!  Could have said thanks but no, just trying to make a mockary out of everything and everyone one.

I have informed my brother that his name is being used on the internet without authorization for that the Ottawa Police Service was interested in.  That is all I am going to say on that due to the investigation on this matter.

What Mr. Markle can't hide behind his his rotating name Brian Alex Markle, Alex B Markle, Francois Latelle ect.....FACTS ARE FACTS and here is another fact

HERE IS ANOTHER ONE...I WAS NOT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD YOU IDIOT...GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT...THIS IS SLANDER YOU RETARD...IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE A BLABBER MOUTH AT LEAST BE FACTUAL.

Just to clear the air.  You see I was stopped in Walmart and it was alleged I changed a price tag on a pair of pants, this falls under fraud.  In court the Crown had to withdrawl when it was demanded that the "sale price" tag to be removed and they learned that the pants were in fact on sale and the store security was wrong.  Don't take my word for it I will be delighted to send anyone the court record on this matter.

Mr. Markle on the other hand did serve time for not 1 but 7 counts of fraud.  That's right SEVEN.  So who is the fraud guy Mr. Markle? and YOUR WERE ON PROBATION AT THE TIME!

Charges of impaired driving and exceeding the legal blood alcohol limit were withdrawn against Edward Power, 48.  Stanley McCabe, 18, had a class G2 license contravention withdrawn.

Jan. 8 

Brandon Watson, 25, had an assault with a weapon charge dismissed.    William Nolan, 30, was given a 729-day conditional sentence, including two years less a day in jail, and an order of prohibition-seizure for possession for the purpose of trafficking.  For failing to stop for police, he was also given a 90-day intermittent jail term and six months of intermittent probation, having served 67 days in presentence custody, for failing to stop for police.  

Brian Markle, 41, was given a two-month prison sentence, three years of probation and ordered to pay $13,425.76 in restitution for seven counts of fraud.  Jan. 9  Adam Arsenault, 26, had a failing to comply with probation charge withdrawn. 

Now about Legal Works.  Yes I operate a business called Legal Works and it never claimed to be a law firm.  It does administration and negotiations.  Apparently Mr. Markle had this to say before:
