I received a Tripod from an ebay seller 'coloradobulldogs'.
The price was low, but the tripod didn't work.
The feedback I listed was "The head spins and cannot be locked - useless article, doesnt stabilise anything" but as the item was so cheap, I made no claim. (Return postage was more than the item was worth)
I was abused for leaving negative feedback.
I have not made a paypal claim.
I have not returned the goods or the box.
I have just caught someone that didn't like being caught, selling junk, and I told him so.
He aske me if I was ging to report him, and I answered:
"For $1.25?
No, honesty needs no defence.
Dishonesty needs to be exposed, not paid out.
You are dishonest.
It is your nature.
No honest man would have accepted money for that rubbish - however little.
I don't discuss anything with liars and cheats - your email address has been blocked.
You have been reported - and exposed.
Live with it."
I guess he has a nasty streak and needed to lie in public.
Believe what you want... for a $1.25 transaction, this man has a lot to hide.
