Brian Smith Jorge Lovado power comany, energy bills, unpaid energy bill, threaten to cuf off power Denver, Colorado Nationwide

 A party idetifying himself as Brian Smith, or Jorge Lovado,  is calling power company customers threatening to turn off their power if they do not pay fines or unpaid energy bills.  He calls from 1 (800) 921-4324 ext. 101 and attempts to send people to the nearest check cashing business where he requests them to wire money into an account to cancel the credit debt on the account.  The answering service is automated and the name changes frequently to reflect his latest scam.  One day it's Xcel Energy, then Dominion Virginia Power, now Indianapolis Power Co.
