I gave the company a $5000. deposit. They were to let me know in 3 days if I was accepted. I was on a tight schedule to move and did not hear from them. I had friends with me who knew I was desperate to hear. I finally called them and said I guess you don't want me to move in. Then I got an answer from them saying they had tried to call me but their were NO calls on my phone. I found another place as I had to be out of an apartment before I had to pay another month.

I asked for my money back and they said no because they said they had let me know. That was a lie. My friends can vouch for that. Any emails they sent to me after the fact were bogus. They were very rude and did not want to give me any money back. First they said the ASSISTANT manager had been on vacation and that was why they did not call me but after that they said they did call me. I feel it is unfair for them to keep my money and take advantage of a senior who is all alone. I had just got over brain surgery and I was trying to get settled. I was not confused and know what they did.
