Brick House Security False Advertising on Iphone spy stick - in the Skymall it says it works on Iphone 5 but it's impossible New York New York

 I orders the Iphone spy stick from Brick House Security. In the Sky Mall dated for the Summer of 2013 it says " The Iphone spy stick is compatible with all iphone models, including the new Iphone 5." It says no where in the article in Sky Mall what IOS the phone has to have. So I ordered and as soon as I got it I installed it on my laptop and tried it on an iphone 4s. It said that the spy stick didn't have that new of software and I had to wait until an update came. I bought this on June 30 and it's now Sept. 10 and no update has come. When I call the company they say that the update could come anytime and refuse to refund my money or even let me talk to a supervisor. They told me that it does work on an iphone 5 it just has to have ios 6.1.3. No iphone 5 has that old ios. This product is worthless. I paid over $100 for something that isn't even heavy enough to be a paper weight.
