I purchased 2 vehicle tracker from them and Plugged them on my trucks they only worked for 3 days and stop tracking. I called in and got transferred to Philippine (tech support) after 20 min of BS on the end he said he need to do some research they he will get back to me. week goes by and I called back again and got transferred to Philippine tech support again and this time he said he did his research and nothing is wrong with my trackers.

So no one in customer service or tech supports was going to solve my problem. I finally called sales and told them if they don't fix this problem I will call my bank and file a dispute (charge-back).

so They agreed to send me a new sets and without telling me they enrolled me on auto renew for tracker service at $89.95 for every 3 months.

After 2 weeks the unites stop working correctly, 1 day it was showing full report next day half day or no reports at all. ( these are plug and play trackers no installation required. plugs in to OBDII ) 

I gave up and said forget it I don't need these junks and wont even bother to call again to waist my time.
I'll look at it as a bad investment. 

Well it wasn't the end. I didn't know they had me on the auto payment with out my authorization So they charged my card $89.95 for the tracking service and when I called to ask for refund and service cancellation they said we can cancel your service but we cant refund your money (i'm talking about the same day i got charged not even days after) I asked why can't you refund my money back? She responded "You have used the service"and when i asked to transfer me to her supervisor she just hangup.

Nothing is wrong with having accents or Philippines what makes me mad is they lie they take your money and wont give you the service. they use american people to sell you the product but when it comes to customer support and service "GOOD LUCK" they sales you junk chines crap that wont even work and What kind of security company is this that they rip you off and just take money out of your account?

Dont waist your TIME MONEY  & ENERGY with them.
