Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We recently purchased a GPS product. And found that it was damaged and not what we wanted. We called them and asked for refund and they won't issue an RMA. Later on after researching the company online and on ripoff reports, we found that the company has been defrauding many customers by sending them faulty units and not honoring returns. Several cases have been filed with BBB and seems like also at the DA office of NY. We are in the process of collecting the money.
Do not do any business with this company. They area real rip offs and fraud.
Wish we knew this earlier.

BrickHouse Security stands by all of the products they sell. If a product arrives defective or damaged in any way, we are more than willing to issue an RMA# and send out a replacement. However, because of the nature of GPS devices, we do not normally offer refunds. This is stated on our web site, and also in the Terms and Conditions that are agreed to when placing an order online.
The statement that we are knowingly sending out faulty devices to customers is false. We have thousands of people using this GPS device who have had no problems with it.
We will be more than willing to take this back and replace it with a working unit if we receive a request to do so.
