Nick Caffey, Wiley Billingsley, Wesley Billingsley and Brian Kearney are all owners of Brickleys Property Solutions, LLC. in New Mexico. They provide REAL ESTATE SERVICES especially Property Management Services. In February of 2009 Nick and Wiley confessed to stealing approximately $12,000.00 of their OWNER and TENANT FUNDS to me.

I discovered that they were signing contracts and leases conducting real estate business without even being licensed to do so! They never return peoples damage deposits and use other owners money to pay for another owners maintenance and repairs. They used the stolen money to pay for their mortgages, car payments, salaries, kids private school and other illegal business bills. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY!!!!! BEWARE of this company, as they set up businesses (they have had several in the last few years) and use the "business" funds for personal use, leave the customers and clients high and dry and then close down the business.

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT OWNER OR TENANT with this company, contact them to inquire as to why they STOLE YOUR MONEY from their Bank of Albuquerque Property Mangement Trust Account to pay their bills. You can also report them for this by contacting the New Mexico Real Estate Commission at (505) 222-9820. If you are a tenant and received your damage deposit late, not at all or without a statement of charges within 30 days of moving out, you can file suit against them in Metro Court, get your full deposit back and collect a $250 fine from them.

THEY ARE USING YOUR MONEY FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE and CONDUCTED REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT A LICENSE! This is illegal and ill willed practiced according to their duties as LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS in NEW MEXICO! Put their fraudulent activities to a STOP and protect yourself, there are MANY other VERY reputable Real Estate Property Management firms out there who conduct business with ethics and professionally! I have PROOF that they did what I am stating they did and if you would like to review the bank statements, etc. I will gladly work with you. Please respond to this via rebuttal with your contact information and I will exchange information with you.

We are committed to the satisfaction of tenants and owners. We are also willing to visit any items a client of ours is dissatisfied with until we come to an agreement. Unfortinately, we do have to charge for move out items in some situations, but do document why and give tenants every opportunity to challenge our findings and give us their side of the story. We welcome this client to talk this out with us and come to a resolution.

You have quite an imagination! 

We never approached Jen to be part of our company, she approached us and offered to come and work with us because of her vast real estate knowledge. 

For anyone looking for the truth, just refer to these resources:

For any information regarding Real Estate infractions, please contact the New Mexico Real Estate Commission http://www.rld.state.nm.us/realestatecommission/index.html or at 505-222-9820.  They can inform you of any actions brought against any companies or individuals for their actions.

We do not have any infractions on our license.  Jennifer has been actioned for prior problems with other companies similar to ours.

You may also contact the Albuquerque Police Department, detective Holmes at 505-242-2677 regarding the theft of our equipment.

You may also contact Deb Austin at Office Alternatives 505-796-9600 (Jen was also fired from this job for problems with Jen and her attitude)

Brickleys Property Solutions, LLC. has since responded to my filed RipOff Report attempting to clear their name, without much to say.  Making false accusations of "stealing" items from their office is laughable and if it were so a legitimate police report and actual charges and litigation would be in process.  These clowns created a diversion by pretending that I stole items from their office when in reality they removed all evidence that the Real Estate Commission could use against them.  Again, I will clearly state and assure you that action by the Commission may be slow coming due to other FRAUDS being under their investigation, but the collective information that I have as evidence that they have:


Practiced Real Estate in New Mexico without being duly licensed or even registered with the Real Estate Commission at all!


Embezzelled funds from the company Property Management Trust Account - Bank Statements cannot be erased or doctored like your books Brickelys!


Failed to return tenants damage deposits within the 30 day requirement and charged owners for Maintenance and Repairs and pocketed the money themselves without using reputable vendors to conduct the work.  They also have a company called New Mexico Maintenance, but there are no licensed contractors in that company, yet they seem to still do the work, perhaps it is because these handyman frauds are doing shotty work and pocketing the cash.


Paying for HOPE CHRISTIAN PRIVATE SCHOOL funds for Nick Caffeys young daughter out of the Property Management Trust Account - Yes Records are in tact for that too!  And Nick, just because you were silly enough (more like dumb enough) to get one of those fluxuating mortgage loans for a house you cannot afford, you quit your job out of pure laziness, and you purchased two vehicles that you also could not afford, does not look so well on you. 


Did I also mention that with the bank statements (thank you Bank of Albuquerque for being so kind as to provide those) you can clearly see the personal checks that were being cut by Nick Caffey and Wiley Billingsly to themselves!  So, tell me again how you claim that you have done no wrong?


By the way, I was not an employee of this company, I was an owner as well and of course I have evidence to prove that as well.  My contributions to this company were never compensated (surprise there were no funds due to these crooks hustling it all) and they FORCED me out of ownership when I found out about the embezellment and turned their licenses in on INACTIVE STATUS due to their extreme negligence.  They of course rebelled and were afraid to go down.  I find it humorous that they failed to mention these details, evidence of this is on record with the Real Estate Comission as well.  Brickleys, SHAME ON YOU.  Making false accusations with nothing as evidence to back you up is simply bad mojo.  I was approched by you all in a desperate situation and volunteered my time and knowledge.  Being Christians as you claim to be, you understand that if not punished in this world as you know it, there will be Someone greater to take care of that in the end.  Simply confessing to me that you had embezelled the $12,0000+ from the Trust Account didn't make it right and I will happily deal with any consequence, negativity, false claims, etc from you and anyone else because all of you, I and HE know what really took place. 


Thanks for the response to my Rip Off Report, it reminded me to follow up with the comission regarding my report on your actions.


The list can go on and on, so Brickleys, please feel free to rebuttal anytime and attempt to run me through the mud, but I assure you that your schemes and lies are over and you will go down.  You can go back to being an Applebees Cook, An Unemployed worker, an Accountant for Santa Fe Schools and of course the very in debt Dance Dimensions owner that cant seem to find the spare cash to pay its employees.  I truly am amazed and the diversions you attempt to create for yourselves to cover up your failings, especially when I dont take making claim to have all of the evidence of my claims readily available for anyone to view and Brickleys cant provide anything upon your request.  Carefully consider that. And respond with your information and I will agian, be more than happy to supply ALL documentation of the things reviewed in this report.
