Bridge Asset Servicing Network/Bobby Funk, Steven McCormick, Alistair Waddell Bridge Asset Servicing Network is busted as SCAM! Chatsworth California

+Bridge Asset Servicing Network is a real estate asset managaement company. It is in this category because there is not an option for asset manegement.

In April of 2010, Bridge people, namely Angelique, Bobby and Christine advertised the company to realtors and real estate websites as the newly formed asset management company that was different and designed to make a win/win situation for everyone. They invited realtors/brokers from all over the country to attend their first convention (June 9, 2010) in Burbank to hear about the company at the cost of $495.00 for guaranteed business. 

1) They promised plenty of BPO's, throughout the year. And plenty of listings

2) Contract with them states 100% money back if no listings within the year.

3) While at the convention, Bridge required another $595.00 for additional assurance of work (because they were extremely busy with BPO's needed and listings!)  Many of took the chance and signed up. Well, after 1 year I never got a listing from them. I did perform a BPO in town 1 hour from my office. I never got the listing and never got paid for the BPO. That's when I started calling Angelique. After several discussions about the 100% guarantee return of up-front money with her, she only told me she would look into it for me. Months went by without resolve. I have been calling since 2011 and last August I got an email from Corinne that stated she didn't know why I was calling Bobby Funk and Angelique for a refund. She asked for documentation of what I paid them. I sent her all documentation. Currently, no one answers Bridge's phones, they don't return my calls, and have not responded to my emails. 

So far, I am not aware of any other convention, they failed to communicate with me and, I believe, many other agents/brokers. And, of course, I have not seen my refund! I guess Attorney General & BBB are my next contacts.
