 Qiunt P Pillai is a con and Fraud he charges different types of prices in renting And always gets a way with it. I'm a single moms and harassed people the phone as a land Lord mentioned that he lived in new York And if I don't do what he wants he would evict people or sue you for no reason. He has a personality that makes him nice and made him mad. 2 seconds later for no reason. He doesn't pay you for your work and labor as a worker. He sends different letters in the mail stating different kinds of letters To different tenants including me. Quint P Pillai is violent and he controls you if you don't defend yourself. He has different kinds of Property's that he states over the phone over the answering machine. Qiunt P Pillai should be investigated for different property that don't assist and he does everything his way if he don't gets his way. He has a book keeper that tells people different things in letters and when your late on rent he doubles the price and wants you to pay in cash in person on the property.
