Its your account!!! Its your fault if there is a problem with your account. Period, end of story. Why would you expect a business to "care" about your issues?? ITS A BUSINESS!!! They neither want or care to know what your problems are. Why is this so hard to understand??
All you are doing is feeding the bank EXCUSES!! Nothing that happends to you has ANY bearing as to the way you are treated and your responsabilities with your account. Whatever the issue is, unless it is a actual bank error, is all your fault and responsability.
