We bought tires Sept. 2015 with a promised $70 rebate.  The rebate never came, or we thought it never came.  However, last week (August 2016), it showed up in our mailbox, with a postage date of Oct. 7, 2015.  Inside was a Visa debit card with an expiration date of April 2016.  I called the 800# on the card and spoke to Diego, who said he was sorry, but there is nothing they can do about an expired card.  Once they are expired, the funds are gone.  So, either the card was lost in the mail for months, or the company deliberately mailed it late to make the rebate funds useless.
