This program was purposely sold to me with false information,giving me false hopes,dreams, misleading dialog,by people that had not used this program. William (Bill) Neeland Bright Builders User #182615 October 10, 2008, I was contacted by Mike Adamson about a home based business. He said that in six to eight (6-8) weeks I could be making money through the Bright Builders Website Program. He then passed me on to Derrick Frandsen both at 801-456-6056/6000 (Internet Income Solutions). Derrick made it clear to me that he and Mike both represented the Bright Builders Website Business Program and that they worked for Bright Builders. However, the plan that was explained to me included Bright Builders and a company called Corporate Crossing. I have spent $3930.36 on 10/11/08 with Bright Builders (Internet Logistics LLC) and $999.00 on 10/13/08 with Corporate Crossing LLC. Both of these gentlemen told me that I could have a website designed with help of Bright Builders coaches and tutorials in 20-30 hours. They indicated during our discussion, that I would not have any problems being up and running and taking in money through my new website by the first of February 2009. On 10/13/08, I also talked with David Merhi whose company is Internet Income Solutions (801-456-6010) aka Internet Logistics whose partner is Michael Adamson. David processed the payment transaction for Bright Builders. On 10/13/08, I sent him an E-Mail requesting the refund of all of my money $3930.36 + $999.00== $4929.36. He responded to my second E-mail by saying that he would get back to me in a few days. This is all a matter of record. Something just did not seem right about the presentation of this program-it seemed too easy. My instincts were right. I have worked more than 200 hours building my website with help from Bright Builders/Thrive Learning Institute coaches and technicians. I found that some or many things were not made clear through these people and/or the tutorials. Although I found that help was available. If you as a student are not quite knowledgeable in building websites and/or website terminology, it is more difficult and time consuming. After many trials and tribulations, I was able to finish a website during the first part of February 2009. I have communicated to the coaches and techs on a regular basis from October 2008 through the first part of February 2009. I have the site monitored and crawled on a regular basis. I have yet to have anyone visit my site. I am now convinced that in order to have a website in the public eye to be visited, the site owner must pay for advertising. I am paying $39.95 monthly to Bright Builders for absolutely nothing because I have no visitors/customers. I am also completely convinced that this program was sold to me with false information, giving me false hopes and dreams, misleading dialog, by people that had not used or were not familiar with the "nuts and bolts" of building a website with the Bright Builders Program. Integrating Thrive Learning into Bright Builders has muddied the water and caused some confusion because of the two different software systems and personnel backgrounds. As one of BB/Thrive people told me, " you probably need to hire a company to advertise your website". At no time during any conversation with any one at Bright Builders, or your marketing company was it indicated to me that I would have to hire an advertising company. I want all of my money back now $4929.36 plus my monthly fees of $39.95 for Jan, Feb, March,April May 2009. I have spent this money and have not gotten any return. This program was completely and purposely misrepresented to me so that I unknowingly would sign up for a "pie in the sky".
