On June 29/2014 I received an offer through a site which said it was a survery and for finishing the survey I was entitled to free offers.  I clicked on the "Free Starter Pack" e cigs offer.  It was to be free except for the shipping which was $4.95.  I put in my credit card and they charged me.  I received my pack on July 9th.  On July 12 my credit card was debited $109.67.  I only realized this on July 16th when I checked my bank balance.  I called the company and they told me I had signed an agreement for a "trial" of their product for 14 days.  If I did not return the product within that time they said I owed them $109.67 and a monthly charge of $69 for refills.  I told them I had not received this agreement or agreed to it and they told me I had.  I then asked them how they could charge my account $109.67 on the 12th since, even if I had been aware of the charge it would not be enough time to return the package.  They told me the 14 days were calculated from June 29th and there was no extra time calculated for the shipping time either from them or, if I were to return the product (which I wanted to) the 14 days started when I first agreed to try the product.  I am a disabled senior on Social Security alone and argued with three different supervisors who told me I had no right to a refund.  Finally the last supervisor to whom I spoke said she would give me back $88 and I could keep the starter pack (which is no good to me as you have to buy the refills from them as they don't fit another e-cig I had bought from a local merchant.  I spent 3 hours on the phone and that's all I got.  I am very short of money and agreed to the $88 refund because I am desperate.  I will be short on my essential bills this month.  This company is a fraud and they are soaking people who want to improve their health by getting away from smoking.  I don't know where I can go to report what I consider a fraud.
