I have purchased a fairly expensive engagement ring and was assured I will receive a full refund with 20 days after rescript of the ring for any reason. I did return the item 7 days after the rescript and getting a authorization code from the company.

They confirm the receipt of the item on time and intact and assured me a full refund within 20 business days.

I did not receive any refunds until 22nd day and it was only small portion of the refund. I contacted the company and they mentioned their bank cannot credit that large sum in one transaction which was not true. They promised I would receive the rest by the end of the week in small increments. This last Monday I noticed they still have not made the full payment and when I called them, their excuse was that we keep 10% for restocking fee which was not disclosed anywhere. I am taking legal action to recover the rest of my payment. I would advise any buyer to be extremely cautious about this company and their business practice.
