Being one of the owners of the company, it is my responsibility to address any complaints or concerns of our clients. Again, like a previous complaint, this person has not revealed all the information about their account. We never had a client named Marvin from TN. The one client that Jason did have from TN never made a payment to us and then cancelled their account. How can we help them if they can't make any payments? We can't repay your creditors if we have no money in your account to pay them with.
