British Lotto Commission received check US$2800 from Architectural Floor Solutions, LLC for fees and clearance fee ripoff Guntersville, Alabama

I received a letter from Bitish Lotto Commission dated Nov. 17th, 2006 on Dec. 9 (Sat.), and a check for US$2800.00 to pay for tax and clearance fees, and I would receive US$162,200.00

Must deposit the check before Dec. 11th, a Monday, otherwise will be polled on the next draw date. The letter is signed by John Williams, Prize Director.
The check is drawn on Regions Bank, and its numbers on the last line are 009251 (Check #), 062005690 11 6007 6216

There is a name of Henry Smith of Rapid Disbursment Company, subsidiary of British Lottery Commision and a phone (250) 797-0671 whom I called several times but "the person in that number is not available, please call later".

As I don't believe in a free lunch and I have never entered such lottery, I wish you to investigate such letter and action, catch them, and put them in prison for the rest of their miserable lives.
