sent 69.95 rebate to broadbandoffers.com for a cable modem.... they claim i did not have all the information they required (missing first month's bill)...i sent a copy of work order which was my first bill

they claim that they e-mail'd me twice to inform me that they needed more info. (i did not received any e-mails from them...and they had my phone number but did not call me)
