Brock Property Management BPM Lack Of Communication,Failure To Address Tenants Concerns,Unprofessional Business Practice!!! Coral Springs, FL 33071 Florida

It is now thrusday 10/2/2014 ,and yet no one from that office call me back ,No Email response Nothing...I can't wait to move from that place only have 6months left... I reported last year about my neighbor a nudeist that keeps his light on NEVER TURN OFF windows wide open about disturbing imagaes I have to bare,keep in mind I have an 11 year old daughter,and yet No one took that complaint likely oh just call the police the girl said... Up to this day he is naked by the window...I sent email to jane I believe she is the ceo ect but why haven't she responded...I'm a single mother of 1 work 6days a week from 8am-7pm can't afford to take off but this property don't want to standard mail me a card key for the washing machine??? What a huge inconvience for me and thought they will look into it and respond back to me noop..Nothing...Please don't Rent from Brock management all they care about is they association fees and make sure the notice hang up in each elevator..I'm tired going back and fourth with them I simply give up...I rather use my money into a company that actual cares... If I can't vouch my concerns to brock management who will rectify this simple small issue ovious no1 from that office cares ...  I will not recommend no one  to rent from them!!!
