brokenprinter.com Do not buy from this website. They are totally a scam! Internet

Folks, if you are thinking of buying from this company http://www.brokenprinter.com, my advice is do not waste your time and money.

Their website looks very professional and price is good. But I believe this is purposely set up to be like that to lure you in.

I ordered something back in September 2012 and up until now have not received the parts yet. I called serveral time with no reponse. I emailed at least 6 times with only 1 response, telling me to wait for a few more day. Guess what happened next. Nothing. Exactly. 

After I sent a few more follow up emails with no answer. I went back to their website trying to place an order for something else, using another email address. Of course I stopped where I was supposed to enter my CC #. Guess what, they send an email right away, saying

We're sorry to see that you couldn't purchase your order. We would like your business, so if you purchase this order within the next 3 hours we'll give you a discount.

So it is not they are too busy or they have poor customer service. They are a total scam in my opion. I supected them even posted some of the rebuttal themselves to show that they are just slow to ship out parts, or shipped out wrong parts by mistake to try to trick you.

Not covinced, iust look at following rating with Better business bureau and decide for yourself.

This guy supposed has the name of chris. But he / or she could use any other name.

Even if you do not believer what I said above and still wants to try, please take this advice, try to dispute with paypal within 30 days (I forget the exact time frame) if you feel you have been ripped off.

I only feel sorry for who ever is running this scam and pray God will change his/her heart.
