 This company has not honored agreement to pay for services rendered.This is an unacceptable business pattern.Services not recommended to other agents. There is deep concern amongst the real estate community regarding the reimbursement practices this company has towards payment.I want to express my deepest of disappointment with Broker Price Opinion and the flagrant disregard for answering/returning phone calls or emails regarding accounts payable to agents like myself. I have made numerous attempts to your company to get paid on transactions performed over 9months ago. This company refuses to return any correspondence. This is the next step before taking further action to include legal action. I have made contact with the Local City authorities to my next step as well as other governing bodies. to voice my complaint with how your company conducts business. I did my work for your organization and I want to be compensated properly compensated in a reasonably timely manner. One year later is completely unacceptable. It's not the money, it's the principle of the matter. Your reimbursement policy is unacceptable. You promise to pay for services rendered within 90 days and 1yr later you don't even answer phone calls or emails after 9mos of trying to reach your company. I think it is deplorable how you treat agents who work hard to produce your Real Property Opinions. There is talk in the real estate community about Broker Price Opinion's operation and I can assure you it is not favorable. I want to paid for my services rendered to your company which is outstanding for 10 months of $420.00
