BROMALITE ANY LAWSUITS AGAINST THESE GUYS YET? Lewes Delaware

I called both companies to deal with the issue: Fit Factory refunded 4 of the $29.95 charges (probably hoping I'd write the rest off and not take 'em to small claims) and Bromalite refunded 2 of the $69.95 charges, leaving us with total loss of $439.60.  We have notified our credit card companies and are trying to contact the home/corporate office.  We will take the company to small claims court if necessary. 

Here's the problem:  First, we never received the product, but were billed.  Second, when we confronted Bromalite and asked for email confirmations of the cancellation/refunds, we were sent an informal email from the weekend supervisor providing the information, but with no links/ties to Bromalite directly.  No company logo, address, nothing implicating Bromalite directly.  Pretty slick on their part.  Fit Factory was at least a little more upright in their dealings.  They sent me an email confirmation for the refund that actually had their company information on it.  

So far, the whole ordeal has lasted 7 months.  That's $700.  If they make good on their word today and actually give us a partial refund, we'll receive $139.90 from Bromalite and $119.80 from Fit Factory.  Still, quite a loss.  This company needs to be stopped. Any lawsuits pending???????????
