Brook C Smith and Vision 12 Failure to Pay employees, Scam artist Las Vegas Nevada Nationwide

I was asked to market for this Brook C Smith guy in Feb 2016. My initial gut feeling told me that he was no good, but I didn't listen. A friend of mine told me the sob story about his life and I felt bad for him.

Brook asked me to market for an event he had coming up. I told him yes, and that I would want him to sign a contract. He reluctantly signed it, after weeks of pestering him.

The time came when I was supposed to recieve my first payment from him. I heard nothing from him. 20 calls, 7 texts, and multiple emails later, still nothing. Meanwhile he lies and tells people that are working with the company that ask about me, that he has tried reaching out to me. Not once in two weeks after the first payment was due did I hear from him.

I finally recieved an email from him telling me that he wasn't going to pay me and that he wanted to "settle" with an amount he owed me (after I worked for him for 2 months)... doubtful I'll ever hear back from him again.

This man gets "BIG" sponsors to give him money for these events and promises the world to everyone and their dog. Who knows if he ever even has the events he talks about.

This man claims to be a man of God and a Christian, and uses his illnesses and his stories to abuse people and mislead them. BEWARE. WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. This man draws near to God with his lips, but his heart is FAR from Him.
