Brookdale Senior Living Solutions Emeritus at Outlook Manor Horrible company to work for Westerville Ohio

I found myself feeling sorry for the residents whose families put them in this facility.  The management and staff were by far the worst I have ever worked with.  The majority of the associates were very unprofessional and only there to make the money.   In caring for the elderly, the job is more about the money, there is wealth in experiences you have with the residents.  However, at Brookdale I met very few associates who truly cared about the residents.  It makes me sick thinking about the experiences I had working here.  I feel it is my duty to tell as many people as I can that this is not a facility you should consider when searching for an assisted living facility for your loved ones.
