 There is nowhere on Brooklinen's website to give a review. They are inept at communicating, shipping and exchanges and take days to respond to requests for more information. (And sound a little like I am emailing someone in a foreign country) I have been going back and forth for weeks to exchange something and it hasn't been resolved. I do not recommend the sheets if you need to return or exchange. Sateen sheets are cold to touch. I would send all back if I felt I would be refunded but have no faith I would be.
