Clinton Management manages this building. It has very small apartments which I can live with but nice views of the city but the apartments although new construction are poorly built. I have only lived here a few days and nothing works. The electric work is poorly done most outlets don't work they come to repair them and they still don't work. The heating cooling system is loud and keeps you up at night if you want to stay warm.

I have seen roaches is this brand new tiny unit. There are also a lot of dogs of vicious breeds pit bulls every time I enter the elevator. Now I see why they offer two months free rent to bribe you to move in. It is expensive and in poor condition additionally manager Troy is not helpful at all. He is nasty. I have sent him several emails on issues and all I get back is nasty attitude filled emails. Clinton management is the worst group of managers I have ever dealt with. Also the lazy front desk men never open a door if you come in with a rolling cart or suitcase.

When I went to see the building apartment was small but looked nice I was told they take dogs but only small dogs with breed restrictions not true. Also they charge you for amenities $600 a year and you can't take more than 2 guest with you to the lounge God forbid you invite more than 2 people over for dinner you can't take but two down for a game of pool. They sit at the door and will tell you only two guest allowed in. It makes sense why this building is so empty.

1. NASTY MANAGEMENT STAFF- Troy from Clinton Management the worst not helpful manager. 2. TINY APARTMENTS THAT DON'T FUNCTION outlets that do not work. LOUD heating and air conditioning units. 3. LARGE VICIOUS BREED DOGS THAT WALK AROUND WITH NO LEASH. Pit bulls everywhere you walk. 4. COSTLY AMENITIES THAT YOU CAN'T TAKE MORE THAN 2 GUEST TO if you have 3 you have to send one away and you pay for this on top of the outrageously high rent. None of the above you learn until after you sign the lease then it is too late they have your money. BE WARNED MANY OTHER NICE BUILDINGS IN WILLIAMSBURG AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE IF THEY WERE GOOD EVERYTHING ELSE WOULD BE OK BUT THEY ARE NASTY AND HAVE ATTITUDE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
