Is it fair to call the company corrupt? No it isn't. After calling them to cancell the $99.50 to my charge, corrupt is unfair. They are, however, over zealous in there asumption that the average smuck, which I am, is ready for these advanced business development programs. It would be valuable to an small but established business that needs captial to lauch a new product or service or exand. The hobbist, or someone who has no intention of quiting his job and borrow thousands of dollars to lauch some hairbrain idea would quickly go to the last chapter in the book on bankrupcy.

HERE'S WHAT HAPPEN WHEN I CALLED IN MY CANCELLATION.

An informed and knowledgable answering service rep answered. A good point covered in his book. Like I said, very slick. She took all the info and assured me my charge card would not be charged the $99.50, even if the shrink wrap was opened.. However, she made a final offer I couldn't refuse. If I would keep everthing my charge would only be hit for $24.90. I thought for a moment and thought about the hassle just returning it. And in the back of my mind that someday, just maybe, I might start something and wish I had it. Of course, I already downloaded the cds anyway so this would ease my conscience. So I would have been the corrupt one. One thing I was disappointed in was that his website doesn't open. All the links don't work. Something he warned against on the chapter about "So you got a website, who cares". The business plan section is worth the $24,50 alone. And like the phone rep said, If I ever use just one or two of the business forms, I'd save hundreds of dollars it would cost to have a lawyer draft one. And the lawyer would be using a cd template as well. One more thing. I put the orginal post here because I felt that I have been tricked into the transation. If he had been upfront and said from the get go.. Hey. I got a package it includes the four business developments and long with it a free book. Not offer a free book that comes with the $99.50 cds. This should have been spelled out in the orginal radio ads. Sure you lower the orders. But you don't get the smucks like me. And think about this. Does any software company offer a full refund after you have had them for 30 days? Try returning a music cd! Why's that? Think about it. I am sorry for sending in my first post before I called them and have had time to think about it. But I did save $74.60. It's not how much make, it's what you negotiate. Another Berman mantra. So my advice when you call to return the stuff..except the reduced price. It's worth more than that. It will your conscience too.. You know you got it on your disk anyway. He does too. The rest is up to us and how we use it. I'm going to keep plucking away. Good luck to all who seek there fortune so you can tell your boss to go jump.
