These guys are bad news.... I am A little concerned about writing bad things about lawyers but trust me you do not want to use these guys...call someone else... anyone would be better than these guys... the lengths that these guys will go to just to get the money will blow you away, my poor brother is now paying the price, my mother lost her house and in the end one of them laughed at me and said I could prove nothing.... you could not do worse going in with no lawyer.

QUOTE:" you could not do worse going in with no lawyer."
.
I find that a statement with which I can concur. To enter any litigation without a lawyer is usually considered foolish. I have first hand experience, however, that going to court facing any kind of charges with a poor lawyer (meaning crummy and ineffective, not alluding to wealth) is WORSE than having NO lawyer.
.
As soon as a lawyer is retained, police reports are difficult or impossible to obtain, dialogue with the prosecutor also becomes difficult or impossible. Items of discovery usually become unavailable to the individual.
.
When a person tries to overcome an ineffective lawyer, the foregoing are usually declared only available to ones lawyer. Then you're screwed. If the lawyer refuses to move foreword and take appropriate action (for which he's being paid), you're dead in the water.
.
Been there-experienced that. An ill-prepared lawyer sits mute and a person watches and listens while this case is going into the $hitter. Attempt to voice any participation in the proceedings? It ain't gunna' happen, Holmes. You've got a lawyer. The judge (also a lawyer) will remind you of that fact.
.
The best advice for any civilian is avoid going to court if at all possible. Justice and common sense are rarely prerequisites for any court proceedings.
