This guy Bruce Tran is totally a piece of trash, he would do anything to scam anyone to their last penny. He is heartless and soulless, he deserves to go to hell and rot in there for thousands of years for what he had done to scam people out of their life-saving. 

He had a new business under the name: Asiana Investment Group - 12286 E Colonial Dr, Suite 105, Orlando FL 32826, and use a fake phone number: 407-777-2233

He created this fake company to scam people to invest, please never ever give money to this piece of sh under any circumstances, 100% it's a scam  

I dont know the author of this report, what I will say is that my family is also a victim of this scam artist(Bruce Tran). I first met him in Littleton, MA when he moved in with my family with his wife Faith, who is my blood cousin. Sadly the two of them went after my mom for her hard earned money. My mother took care of Faith (Bruce's wife) since she was born so she believed she could trust them. He lead her to believe she was buying a plaza that had martial arts, nail salon, etc in Killeen, TX. He made it seem so legit with paperwork and everything, but I guess that's what scam artistes are. My mom paid in cash so sadly when she SUED Bruce tran in court she was only able to win a few thousand that she wired to his BOA bank account out of the $200,000 she actually gave him.

He tried to say he never have a BOA account but luckily even tho he closed the account months in advance, a representative from BOA PROVED that he did indeed once have an account. Till this day he still has not paid my mother because he puts his assets In other people's names so no one could rightfully take everything he ( supposedly) owns. His wife let him scam her own family so trust me when I say they don't care they will scam ANYONE. He uses the hundreds of thousands of dollar he steals from people to gamble, I guess now they've relocated to Florida.

This guy he a SCAM ARTIST, he knows exactly what he's doing. If you do any business with anyone make sure it's legit! Oh and btw read what he wrote as a responds to Alex. Is that a mature way for an "uncle" to respond to his nephew and by the way why would your so called nephew make up such a lie like this? Obviously Bruce Tran is feeling guilty and has to put others peoples business that has nothing to do with the subject in order to turn it around. Let's face it Bruce we can see right thru your lies! Advice to anyone reading this, no one would waste their time writing about the fraudulent man if it wasn't true. Karma will catch up to you Bruce! And I hope it does soon.

Alex Nguyen, my nephew…What do you know about Uncle Bruce?  When was the last time you saw me?  Do you remember?  After you read my rebuttal, please look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself “Do I remember uncle Bruce or really know him?”

Alex, of all of the 6 uncles from your mother side of the family, I was your closest uncle and I was always supportive of you, your younger brother, and your older sister.  I will not mention any other family members name on here because I don’t further want to embarrass anyone.  However Alex, you created this false report with your name on it so I will continue to use your name.  I know someone who is jealous of Uncle Bruce and uses you as a puppeteer.  I know you are still very young maybe 14 yrs old.  This is why uncle Bruce is not angry with you but instead; I have already forgiven you as I’m responding to this false report. 

I don’t hold children accountable for something they don’t understand.  But if I know the adults who encourage you to write this, I will take legal action against that adult.  What young people don’t understand is in this world, every decision you make has consequences.  As a businessman, I can sue you for “Defamation Of Character”.  There are laws that protect people from other writing or saying false things about them.  Just like I can’t sue the website that allows you to post the false report is because uncle Bruce know there is a law against suing this particular website.  It is protected under the federal law “Communications Decency Act”.  It says the website is not liable for the 3^rd party posting,  I can however go after the author.  My business friend sued and won $45,000 from the author (who is his sister-in-law) that wrote false info on scam.com (similar site).  Don’t’ worry, I don’t sue family.  Nor I want to embarrass my family.  You have part of this article from scam.com.  Again, it is by another family member, my wife side of the family.  I don’t know who because it’s “anonymous”.  Anytime some thing or someone is "anonymous", most likely false. This is why they don't stamp their names.  It’s too easy to write about someone.  All you have to have is a valid email (yahoo, gmail, etc.).  These sites don’t force people to show evidence or truth or back their story. The court of law requires evidence and truth.  Ripoff.com and scam.com don't.  

Back to family matter…Your mother and I are the closest of the 10 siblings.  I was at every one of your family functions.  I never missed your birthday party Alex.  Everything I say here, you can ask your mother.  Ask her and tell her to swear on your life if Uncle Bruce statement is true or false.  God forbid if your mother goes through another divorce or she in dire need of help, who will she trust and who in the family will stick their neck out to help her?  Ask her Alex! the answer is Uncle Bruce.  Even though we haven’t spoke in a decade, she knows deep down if she calls me, I will be there for her, for you, and your siblings. 

So now, you may wonder…what happened to the relationship?  Alex, there are 2 things.  First, I don’t agree with the way your mother handle the divorce situation regarding the children involvement.  Secondly, your father sexually molested you through your young life, and no one in the family is giving you the justice you need. 

So let me break this down for you.  Ask your mother why she divorced your father.  Two reasons:  1) he raped her and verbally abusive to her.  That’s what she told Uncle Bruce.  Let me remind you that your mother and Uncle Bruce are like best of friends.  Your mother tells me everything.  2) your father molested you for years.  She didn’t know what to do.  She called me and told me you came to her and cried hysterically.  You could barely talk.  You told your mother that your father molested you during your sleep.  I was angry, I helped her whatever I can do.  We went to the police.  While police investigating, you came to my office after Martial Arts class and told me in my office.  Remember that Alex?  You told me your father touches you.  I asked you to be specific and you put your hands on your private.  Do you remember that?  I called your mother up and told her we have to get you help. 

So you may still wonder, why uncle Bruce and your mother isn’t’ talking for a decade now.  Well, while your mother going through divorce, she had a boyfriend.  I told her to do it right because there are 3 children’s involve.  Your mother even took me to see this boyfriend, who is now your stepdad.  I told your mother I understand she is divorcing him and I support her, but I don’t support immorality.  I told her to wait until divorce is final and get custody of you and your siblings.  What did she do???  She took off to California with your stepdad (at the time her boyfriend) and left you and your siblings with your father, knowingly what you have told her.  This is why I haven’t spoke to her.  But one day, when she and I becomes old and we can meet up to talk about the good things and forget about all the bad. 

Alex, the last time I saw you when you were maybe 4 if not 5.  What do you know about Uncle Bruce credentials?  I have businesses in Louisville, KY, Columbus, OH, Houston, TX, and Killeen, TX.  Have you been to any of my businesses?  Ask your grandparents and your Aunts and Uncles.  They have…  I don't tell my family what I do because some of them will call me for money each and everyday.  I had to make some of the Aunt and Uncle to show up on your Uncle Son’s funeral.  I bought tickets for your cousins, and grandparents to the funeral.  I had my CFO (Chief Financial Officer) help me plan the funeral for my brother because NO ONE in the family would step up and do it.  Your Uncle Son past away while working for me.  So I stepped up and be responsible to put him in his final resting place.  Ask them Alex.  No one has the money to put their own brother to rest.  I, your uncle Bruce have to do it.  I’m sure if another sibling past away, they will call me. 

Alex, the only reason why I’m responding to you and not the other phony report on scam.com is because you are my nephew.  Even though I haven’t see you for a decade, you know you are welcome with open arms if you ever want to visit me.  My other nephews and nieces visited me.  I don’t think I would recognize you if I see you today because it has been that long.  You know how to get a hold of me if you ever need.  Your mother will tell you I am the most generous uncle you have when it comes to money. 

Alex, unfortunately, uncle Bruce had to communicate with you through here.  Again, I have already forgiven you for what you wrote.  You’re blind and naïve and someone is pulling your string.  If you guys think you can hurt my reputation by writing this false stuff, think again.  Alex, in the REAL WORLD, no businessmen or people with some sense read this stuff.  There is NO truth when people write on these website and smart people knows that.  People with some sense judge the people for themselves without needing to read the junks on these websites.  In he REAL WORLD, money talks, BS walk.  You will learn that some day as you become independent and go in the work field.  I have employees, investors, and partners.  I own businesses and made investment in other businesses.  My company is register with the Secretary of State (see Wysk.com).  I know a lot of good people and people with money.  You or the “anonymous” on the other article can’t hurt me.  No one reads it.  I can have my employees, investors, or partners flood this page with good things about me.  It will overwhelm and contradict what you said.  But it would be a waste of times and no one cares.  I read your article because one of your cousin told me.  Or else, I would never know.  REAL people don’t have time to read or write about people on FREE websites.  They work and focus on their goals. 

So here is Uncle Bruce best advice to you as I’m at my closure.  You are still very young, maybe in middle school by now.  Surround yourself with good people, smart people, and read about people who inspire you.  Stay away from violence, drama, and druggies.  If you ever need uncle Bruce support, you know how to get a hold of me.  Ask your mother or cousins.  They know!
