This cement company built cement steps that fell apart in the corner of the step in approximately two months. He also built a versa lock wall on the side of my driveway that is crooked and leans too far inward. Looks terrible.
Have been calling him for 8 months now trying to get him to come back and fix the steps for he said his work was guaranteed for 5 years. He will not respond to phone calls and will not come to fix the steps.
He will stated he would fix the wall but would no longer guarantee it if it is rebuilt straight. I agreed to forfeit the guarantee on the wall but he will not come and fix it. He claims that is the way this wall should be built; however, I have had other cement professionals look at it and they agree it is leaning far too much.

don't have any complaints with BBB for this job or any other . I take care of any complaints customers have always, or I don't get paid!!!!!!!...... just one unhappy person!!!
