I keep the email that thy send me when I payem off just for that reason. Today a company called and said I was still outstanding and I sent them the email and they replied that I still owe this dept. I called the number that I had off the email and it was a new company had only had the phone number for a year or so. But it's also a collection agency. All I know is a Person called representing a payday loan company had all of my personal information and social security number. Had when I took out the loan and how much it was. That was in 1-28-2013 I paid them a settlement of $400.00. Charlotte North Carolina

I paid this company in 1-28-2013. Person called with all my personal information stating that thy could offer me a settlement from a pay day loan that I had. I've been scammed an scammed. I've payedthem all off and three of them have been to scam artists who at the time check out. It's 2015 and I keep all the emails of the loans I paid off cause I still get calls from all over. From God knows everywhere saying I owe money I emailed this company the letter and they emailed me back saying that I stI'll owe his dept and that email was fraud. I called the number one email and I got a collection agency that only had tht number for a year. I payed these people $400. I'm sick of this crap. You can't trust any of these people. It's been since 2011. I've payes more than my share. I'm done! im changing my phone number. If my business wasn't so important I wouldve changed it a long time ago. Plus they call my family how embarrassing but they already know the deal! This is to tell everyone that pay day loans are nothing but scam artists I had to close my bank account after the first time getn a couple b/c they sold my financial info and debited my account for ovER $1200. My bank couldn't trace it back. It's been a complete pain in my kneck and check book!
