OK, so I purchased something from this guy on Ebay for my son to have when he gets older. The items came in poor condition and not as described. I wanted a refund but seller would not issue refund and pay for return shipping. He also became very difficult and abusive. So, to uphold the accountability and self governing environment that comprises Ebay, I left him negative feedback. I then recieved email threats and abusive language until he claimed to have filed this very report. He then realized I was right when he told me he found other damaged items from the same group which he hadn't sold. 

It seems upon research that this person, named Adam Ortega (email: adamortega68@yahoo.com & born 3/10/1968 in Fresno, CA) has had this Ripoff Report thing done to him for not paying child support:

I thought this would go away over time, as I didn't think I should have to pay Ripoff Report $2,000 to arbitrate this clear case of defamation, abuse and cyber bullying. I now believe I will have to go after this person legally and obtain a court order to have it removed. If anyone has any advice, I would be very appreciative.

I was upset and typing fast to get the post up about your silly little f*g*t self. Its funny how you try to change the subject and focus only on the structure of the posting. Instead an innocent person would have defended himself against such remarks and discounted any comments.

The reason is that you are the most sissified little q***r I have ever dealt with and you have stolen things that do NOT belong to you because you felt you were treated unfairly or were not satisfied after you made the purchase.

You are a thief and a liar and the whole world knows it now. I hope nobody deals with you or has anything to do with you as you are nothing but trouble. Just shows what a pitiful life you live. Nothing to do but complain and try to make up for absolutely no respect or importance in your life.

Grow up and quit playing with toys and comic books. Your an old a*s man. You must have been molested as a child but dont let your ripped a*hole ruin your life. There are many other little queers who arent as sissified as you are.

Now to top it all off youve become a THIEF and a CHEAT and a LIAR. Whens it going to stop?

Everyone know you are the one that took it. You were the only one there and you never came around again after it was stolen. Your neighbor even said he seen you with one and he described it to us.

It was only worth about $500 but that is not the point. Its the fact that a grown man has to STEAL to try to get back at someone who he felt wronged in another business deal.

We will continue to inform the world of your behavior until you return the item or make amends for it.

Judging by your derogatory remarks and your inability to construct a proper sentence, I would venture to guess you aren't a reliable source of information. Read a book, get your G.E.D. , and run a few laps. You are despicable.
