true account of what happened when I got involved with Bryan Timmerman and his company ACR Interactive. I will give you a little background about myself. During my freshman year at Chico State University I started a web based business called No Hassle Tickets.com. In the first 12 months we did over a million dollars in gross sales.
After spending tens of thousands of dollars in search engine advertising we decided that we needed a "search engine optimization" company or "SEO". I was in the process of finding a company when, I was introduced to Bryan. Since I was only 20, at the time I didn't do enough Due Diligence before paying Bryan up front to build my web site.
Please note that I am a very ETHICAL person. My company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the National Association of Ticket Brokers, and Squaretrade online dispute resolution company, In addition, I recieved the Small Business Man of the Year Award from the Republican Congressional Committee. I am also an active Realtor in San Diego, Selling over 1 million dollars of real estate within the first month in the business. By the way, I can back up all of these claims about myself and my company with references and in writing. So be assured that I am not full of BS like Bryan.
After paying Bryan in late 2002 to build my website to get search engine placement nothing was done. When he was three months past his deadline I decided to take him to court. After winning my case and securing a judgement as well as a lean on Bryan I tried to collect. Bryan refused to pay, so I sent him to a debtors examination. In the examination, Bryan told the judge that he refused to pay this judgment. The Judge gave a court order to pay.
Bryan set up a payment plan of $300.00 a month. His father had to pay as he couldn't. His dad paid me three times. Bryan then moved out of the state to Arizona, and as of 9/15/03 another payment was due. I was told by his father that they were running late on their AR's and that they could not pay me at the time.

Mr. Hayden is a 20 year old, who was a former client of ACR Interactive 18 months ago. Mr. Chuck is his father. Hayden contracted with myself and our company, ACR Interactive, for a total fee of $8,500 and 20% equity in his company NoHassleTickets.com, et al, Up and Coming, Inc.
He paid a $3,300 start fee, with the balance due at launch 4-6 weeks later. In return we spent 6 weeks developing his proprietary online Microsoft .NET technology platform (4 week total for us, because he delayed production 2 weeks). When the contract was oringinally signed he claimed to be spending $14,000 a month on Google AdWord campaigns and grossing $30,000+ per month. His goal was to reduce the monies spent on the monthly Google AdWord campaigns by utilizing our proprietary technology platform to achieve what's called organic search results on Yahoo, Google and MSN search engines. When the campaign was ready for final approval from Hayden Gerson, prior to launching, he became verbally and physically violent and refused to pay...because he wanted to basically steal our proprietary source code technology. He also was not producing anywhere near the revenues he originally claimed and later admitted that the $3,300 was all he had.
We therefore, cancelled his agreement. It was at this point that Mr. Hayden and Mr. Chuck launched an aggresive slander, libel and harassment campaign against our business, owners and clients, including serious physical threats, which have been investigated by the San Diego Sheriffs Dept. We are currently pursuing this continued personal and business harrassment through the proper legal channels. This is a method that Mr. Hayden and Mr. Chuck have chosen to ignore.
