BRYAN TIMMERMAN - ACR INTERACTIVE - TERRI PARKER - BILL TIMMERMAN SCAM- SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION SCHEME- CURTIS ripoff Scottsdale Arizona

This is a false and unauthorized posting by Hayden Gerson, Chuck Gerson and their real estate company The Gerson Group. These individuals are under an Arizona Court Ordered Injunction of Harassment and all 4 current postings on the RipOffReport.com web site against ACR Interactive, Bryan Timmerman, Bill Timmerman, Terri Parker and other members and employees have been falsely posted. These 4 postings were all done by the same individual using the same group of computers in Encinitas, California, with slight variations in the email addresses. This is a direct violation of the Arizona Injunctions of Harassment.

In addition, the response attributed to Bryan Timmerman is not my posting (which is obvious by the content). Hayden Gerson, Chuck Gerson and The Gerson Group continue to falsely impersonate ACR Interactive clients, Bryan Timmerman and other members and employees of ACR Interactive. Hayden Gerson has physically shown up at the residence of Bryan Timmerman threatening bodily harm. He has also been investigated by the San Diego Sheriffs Department for filing a false police report against the company and Bryan Timmerman. The lead detective for the San Diego Sheriffs Department has requested that we file malicious prosecution charges for filing a false police report. The police report claims filed were thoroughly investigated and deemed false by the San Diego Sheriffs Department.

Hayden Gerson is a 20 year old, who was a former client of ACR Interactive 18 months ago. Chuck Gerson is his father. Hayden contracted with me and our company, ACR Interactive, for a total fee of $8,500 and 20% equity revenue share in his company NoHassleTickets.com, et al, Up and Coming, Inc.

He paid a $3,300 start fee, with the balance of $5,200 due at launch 4-6 weeks later. In return we spent 6 weeks developing his proprietary online Microsoft .NET technology platform (4 week total for us, because he delayed production 2 weeks). When the contract was originally signed he claimed to be spending $14,000 a month on Google AdWord campaigns and grossing $30,000+ per month. His goal was to reduce the monies spent on the monthly Google AdWord campaigns by utilizing our proprietary technology platform to achieve what's called organic search results on Yahoo, Google and MSN search engines. When the campaign was ready for final approval from Hayden Gerson, prior to launching, he became verbally and physically violent and refused to pay...because he demanded the entire proprietary source code technology that had been built by our company. As a company we refused to give him the projects proprietary source code, until he paid the full balance due in accordance to the agreement. Keep in mind that the company had invested much more money in the project than what he paid. The companies profit would be achieved from the long-term revenues generated from the 20% equity revenue share clause in the agreement. He also was not producing anywhere near the revenues he originally claimed and later admitted that the $3,300 was all he had and he never intended to pay the balance due on the signed contract. He also never intended to honor the 20% equity revenue share agreement.

We therefore cancelled his agreement and the entire amount that he paid, $3,300 plus additional money has been fully repaid to him. Even with the complete satisfaction of his so-called loss being fully reimbursed...Hayden Gerson and Chuck Gerson continue to engage in a aggressive slander, libel and harassment campaign against our business, owners and clients, including serious physical threats, which are currently being investigated through the proper legal channels. This is a method that Hayden Gerson and Chuck Gerson have chosen to ignore. Beware of becoming involved in any business dealings with The Gerson Group, Hayden Gerson or Chuck Gerson.
