Bryant & stratton college buffalo ny scam buffalo New York

I was a student with bryant & stratton Criminal Justice major. i chose this school because of their bragging about job placement and "thier amazing success rate." i had two semesters to finish before graduation. during the begining june of 2012(spring Semester) i was in a bad car accident i suffered serious injuries to my neck and back and was put on strong pain medication. i immeditley informed the college the dean of the college and emailed all my instructors to make them aware of the situation.

i explained that i would not be able to attend my classes due to my doctors taking me out of work and school i asked my instrutors if i could work out some type of game plan that would help me keep up due to my time off. The dean asked me for a copy of the medical which i gave him. He reviewed it then told me that because Bryant & Stratton is a private college they do not have to honor medicals that i would have to put in for an appeal for absence and while it was being reviewed i would have to remain in my classes for three weeks until a decision was made.

( i could not do that i was seriously injured with medical documentation to confirm that). I told the dean that was impossible im in to much pain he said that i had two options i could let them suspend me for three sesmester because if i dont complete the semester it will academically hurt me but to aviod that my second option was to sign a letter saying i could come back the following semester but if i fail i will be dimissed from the college. so i signed it because i was scared to be dismissed from the college especially that i was $ 30,000 in debt with the college

i was almost done i passed the police exam all i need was to heal and obtain my degree. the following semester i went to the dean and told him that i couldnt do it i needed more time to heal i was going to phsyical therapy and under weekly doctor care. they then sent me a letter saying i was dismissed from the college. at the bottom of the letter is says" please contact the school upon my return".............um that does not sound like a do not return to the college letter to me.......after fighting with the school about this i decided to give up and just transfer my credits to another college only to be pulled out my first day of class to be told

that only 6 of my 35 credits will be honored that i would have to start my two years of college all over again for criminal jusice. my agility test for the police is comming up in the next year i need my credits. I cant start all over again the police exam is only given  once every 3 years by then i will have reached the age brackett for the police acedemy. the college that would not except my credits explained to me that the reason they wouldnt except the credits because majority of the bryant and stratton college students that come there fail because the curiculum is way different that byrant and stratton publishes their own books.

i went back to the director of bryant and stratton and explained this and her resonse was WHY WOULD I NOT DEFEND BRYANT& STRATTON TO THEM WHY DIDNT I TELL THEM THAT WAS UNTRUE..........are you kidding me......so after applying to three different colleges just to be told the same thing i gave up on wanting to be a cop because it seemed there was nothing i could do about it  so i decided to start over but this time i applied to a nursing school just to be told that they could not except me because on my transcript the last two semester on my transcript were marked with f's due to my car accident

i tried to explain the situation but the collge told me i need proof fom bryant & stratton.....soooo here i am with no degree and in debt with bryant and stratton $30,000 and cant find a college to except my credits. i am a single mother of 3 all i wanted was to obtain my degree and start my career so that i could provide a better life for my kids. it was hard enough to get as far as i did and i did it and it hurts my heart to know that all my hard work is down the drain because of an uncontrolled car accident. could someone please tell what i could do because i cant find a lawyer in buffalo.....
