BSA Trucking INC Sandra Deducted money from my check claiming I "stole" money from her company and claimed loads were turned over and truck scratched Dobson North Carolina

Mrs, Sandra is a greedy woman who is going to end up on the wrong end of the deal when she messes with the wrong one.  She has no idea how to keep drivers or run a business.  She is a shady charachter and when you don't do as she "demands" she takes it out on you personally by deducting "illegal" deductions from your check, makes false accusations about securement of loads, alleges misuse of equipment, and will also falsify reports that will cover her butt and she will try her best to leave you "holding the bag!!" She actually got a reference call from a company I had previously applied at and told them I had been involved in a wreck. I had actually been involved in a wreck, but when the wreck happened she said to get info from other driver who ran into my DOT bumper and to go on and not wait for the cops.  Legally she cannot disclose that information to anyone as a "wreck" seeing there was no police report filed.  I actually thought it was going to be a good company to work for but when the dispatch does not do his job and makes you call and get ALL the information needed for pick up, that is one lazy Dispatcher.  Dispatch will not answer your calls but will text you and actually "fired" me via a text message.  The company has little snitches that put their nose in your business and certain drivers act like they know everything and are complete IDIOTS.  This company to say the least, is all about themselves and will do or say anything to get you suckered into a $900 a week paycheck with promises of better pay after 90 days and the list could go on.  I would advise anyone to go flip burgers before working for this company because if you get caught up in the web of greed and deceit this company is surrounded by, you will not know whether to wind your arse or scratch your watch.  BEWARE!!!
