This is NOT true at all!!!

AUTHOR: Cameron - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 25, 2014

I don't know who the person above me is talking about. I worked for BSI for about 3-4 months back in 2012. I personally worked with Michael every day and I wouldn't use any of the words listed above to describe him...even on a bad day. My pay was always fair and on time.

Obvliously it's hard work. Sale is and always will be hard work. You have to become numb to the word no and move on. Michael was a great manager and teacher. He always made time for any of his employees no matter what the issue was.

Womanizer? I don't think so. It sounds like you worked here, did something you weren't supposed too...like LIE, or STEAL from a customer costing the company money, got fired and are now pissed and got some Face Book pictures to post on this site.

If he was really this womanizer, d****e of a manager stealing all your money...wouldn't there be too half naked woman at his side while he is driving HIS boat in a suite? Not sitting in the shady area with normal cloths on? Clearly somone elses boat.

If any of you out there are interested in getting a good taste of sales, this is a great company too do that with. That's what I did. When I failed at this, I took another sales job with a bank and faild at that too. Some people have it. Others don't. Don't let some disgrunteled employee make your career choises for you.

#3 UPDATE Employee

This looks more like a personal assault

AUTHOR: Mariane - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, August 06, 2011

I'm an employee at Birch communications and I can assure you what this man says is untrue.

The ironic part is, he was supposed to be in sales and anyone who really knows sales can tell you that if you want people to have confidence in what you say you need to present yourself in a way that they can trust.

I never met you Scott, but after reading what you posted on here I can honestly say I'm glad I didn't. You seem irrational, and as if you have absolutely no real complaint but want to be angry and blame Michael because you fell short so you have chosen to resort to silly name calling and immature behavior. If this is how you make your point then I quite honestly am not surprised you are having trouble working in sales. Maybe you need to pick another line of work.

I am also a woman and can assure you that Michael has never made any improper advances towards me and hasn't shown any signs of being a womanizer. He doesn't know I'm posting this either, I'm posting it because I'd hate to have someone read this and not apply for a job with us because of the irrational ramblings of a disgruntled employee who obviously doesn't want to admit that he couldn't perform the results that others have been able to.

From the little bit I have seen of you, I have a suggestion... McDonalds is hiring, and I'm sure if you try flipping some burgers you can eventually find a way to blame the burgers for some sort of conspiracy against you... Perhaps the pickles will plot against you and cause you to be fired from there too because they keep jumping off the buns...

Seriously though, focus on yourself and what you can do to better yourself and good luck in your quest for a new job!

SORRY ABOUT THE FALSE REPORT

AUTHOR: Sorry - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 19, 2011

I just wanted to apologize about the false report about BSI Consulting.  I should have said something sooner.

As you can probably tell from the language and face book picture it was written by an ex-friend and  Ex-manager that got fired
from the company.  As you can see he wasn't too happy about getting canned.

He made it his duty to post something weekly under different names.
Unfortunately, I use to work for this guy.

His name is Scott Grady and he was managing one of the companies Birch offices.

I first noticed his shadiness when he altered some of our paperwork. He said we didn't have to show customers all the information or paperwork to complete the sale.  He said it was standard paperwork and the client had changed the paperwork policy.  That wasn't how we were trained.

The next thing that was strange was it seemed like he was no where to be found during the day.  We would see him in the morning and that was it.  He would pretend to close applications and tell us how great of a salesperson he was but we never saw any of his completed orders.  Probably out drinking while the rest of us were working  alki!!

When our office got shut down we didn't really know why.  Scott fed us some B.S. Story about the client and how it was our fault because we didn't produce enough sales.

We came to find out this dirt bag was altering our applications and trying to screw over customers to earn additional bonuses.  Thats why we were shut down.

The company finally found out because a lot of these customers started complaining that they were not getting what
they were promised.  Scott was changing the paperwork before he sent it in.  How were we to know he was doing that?

I finally figured it out when some of the customers called me.  At first I though maybe I had made a mistake but when I went back to the customers they had copies of the paper work and it was correct.  I then called in to the sales support line to check and see why there was a difference.  They told me it was faxed in that way by Scott and that was the only paperwork they had.

Apparently this dirt bag had been changing the orders before sending them in.

When BSI Consulting and the Birch found out they immediately had to shut him down and fired his a*s.

BSI Consulting did end up making good with the customers on what they were promised by paying the difference in pricing and helping to buy them out of any contracts that they had.  Not sure how much but it probably cost them a lot to take care of all those customers.

Scott your the true con man you lied to us all.  Glad you got the boot. Get a life glad you were fired!!! Funny how you tried to take everyone down with you, you fraud.  Your lucky you didn't get sent to jail.

Multi-Level Marketing????????

AUTHOR: libertyunitmanager - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 11, 2011

I am not going to defend BSI and I am not going to insult them. I am just going to tell you that if you are going to insult a company and call them something make sure you know what you are talking about because BSI is absolutly not multi-level marketing. your job with BSI is to go out and make sales not go out and get other people. You just discredit anything you have to say, any point you are trying to make by calling them something that they simply are not. They start you as a Junior consultant and train you and promote you. They promote you several times and when you get to a point you get to manage an office. Not one time will they ask you to go out getting people to work under you. Try again
