Bsleel, Foam Experts ripoff i have ordered a mattress and paid for a matress from B, sleep foam experts in feb and have not recieved yet Will continues to opromise its on its way but im still sleeping a air matress Kingston New York

I ordered a matress back in Feb, from the bsleep site i called back several times to get a delivery date never reached anyone when i did they stated they were moving the office and couldnt be reached,then one day i call and they arent bsleep they are foam matress experts and bsleep has my money but they promise tro fill the orders on the site its end of Aug and still i am sleeping on my air matress. Every time i call i get a message and no one returns my calls. If i do get through they tell me that the bases arent in yet i want my matress or my money back havent got a matree

Well here it is June of 07 and there is no mattress yet. Will had promised it would be shipped in Feb and it wasnt.First the company was Bsleep then its foam experts. Now there was a fire... what other excuse will this man giving for taking money off people and not shipping the products Why is this company still in bussiness. Why cant we fill a class action suit against this company. Has any one else filled a complaint with the Attorney General's office? Will we ever get our money back? Lets get together as a group and do something

We are not affiliated with the company mentioned. Bsleep is out of business and we purchased their website. We never got money from this customer let alone know who she is. We try to help people as a courtesy and tell them that we would like to try to help them with their problems, but once we do this they assume we are the responsible party.
The truth is we bought a website from a company that went out of business. This does not make us responsible for that companies problems. We simply bought the website bsleep to gain more customers. So far it has been a nightmare if anything.
We apologize on behalf of those customers who got left in the dark, but please do not mix us up with bsleep.
We are a totally seperate entity
