If you notice, these reports are all from the same person- a disgruntled tenant whom was evicted for cause. We have no pending litigation and a simple check of the courts show this. It's unfortunate that they aren't willing to put their contact info as we do on our company site etc. Then we could verify the author and try to work out any issues they might have.

While I think that the Ripoff report website is valuable, this kind of multiple postings from "anonymous" people make anything difficult to verify.

Thanks and again check our status with the Dept of Real Estate and the Court system and you'll see no lawsuits or validated complaints :-) after 10 years in the business as a corporation and over 1500 units managed.
