Bubblin Well Pet Memorial Park ripoff animal abuse, animal theft Napa California

My little girl Carolina, is lost. Dan Harberts of Bubbking Well, abused her by not following my wishes, nor our contract. Carolina was to be creamated privetly with her remains sent back to me. What i received was over a pound and a half of remains, way to much for a 8 pound toy poodle. I called and said maybe there was a mix-up cause i had to much remains. They wanted me to send the remains back, i was not willing to do that, so Mr Harberts met me at my home. He then tryed to tell me that what i received was my little girl Carolina and some more added. I did not ask for more to be added, i asked that she be cremated by herself with her returning to me. The paper work order for the day she was creamted had 15 pets of all sizes cremated at the sametime in the same chamber. I don't even now if i have eny of her remains. Mr Harberts said that if it was a money thing that i will receive my money back, i don't want my money back what i want is for the cremation to have been done like i asked. They have stolen my right to memorialize her right.
